Overview

The Innopro KZE C flash pasteurizer ensures continuous pasteurization to extend beverage shelf life. It effectively eliminates microorganisms and inactivates enzymes, processing up to 60,000 liters per hour. The system heats beverages using hot water circulation and a plate heat exchanger, suitable for beer, wheat beer, clear juices, and non-carbonated drinks. Adapted plate heat exchangers handle viscous products with pulp and fibers.

Features

After pasteurization, products are cooled and transferred to the filler continuously, aided by a buffer tank. Temperature and PU control ensure gentle pasteurization. The system reduces startup and shutdown phases, maintaining excellent product quality.
