Job Offer: PLC Programmer - Automation Engineer

I&C Europe is hiring for an experienced PLC Programmer - Automation Engineer to work in an international environment. We offer the opportunity to collaborate with renowned European equipment manufacturers and execute installation and service projects for the food industry.

Employment Conditions:

  • Type of Contract: Service contract (Umowa zlecenie).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Salary: monthly gross salary starting from PLN 13,000 + per diem during assignments
  • Place of work: International assignments (Asia, Africa, Central and South America, Europe)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the correctness of electrical connections on-site

  • Analyzing and interpreting electrical diagrams

  • Programming and configuring PLC controllers (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal)

  • Operating motion control systems: Siemens Simotion

  • Operating and configuring robotic systems: KUKA Multiprog

  • Configuring and parameterizing frequency inverters from various manufacturers (e.g., Danfoss, Siemens)

  • Collaborating with installation teams during system commissioning

Requirements:

  • Experience in the food industry or with production line installations

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

  • Practical experience in programming Siemens PLC controllers

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following systems: Step 7, TIA Portal, Simotion, or Multiprog

  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • Willingness to travel abroad for extended periods (2–3 months per assignment)
