Job Offer: Fitter – Industrial Machinery and Production Line Mechanic

I&C Europe, a leading provider of innovative packaging and processing solutions, is seeking an experienced Fitter – Industrial Machinery and Production Line Mechanic to work in an international environment. Employment Conditions:

  • Type of contract: Contract of mandate (1–3 years)

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Salary: From PLN 10,500 gross + daily allowance for travel + full coverage of travel and accommodation expenses

  • Place of work: International assignments (Asia, Africa, Central and South America, Europe)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assembly, installation, and commissioning of bottling lines and process equipment (PET, glass, KEG)

  • Installation of machinery and systems for the food and beverage industry, including brewhouses, fermentation and storage tanks, CIP systems, cooling, water treatment, etc.

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly schematics

  • Operating power tools and assembly equipment

  • Cooperation with mechanical and electrical teams during system commissioning

  • Participation in international assignments lasting from 2 to 3 months

Requirements:

  • Experience in the assembly and commissioning of industrial installations, preferably in the food and beverage sector

  • Ability to read technical and assembly documentation

  • Proficiency in the use of assembly and measuring tools

  • Ability to work effectively in a team within an international environment

  • Communicative level of English (B1–B2)

  • Willingness to undertake long-term foreign assignments (2–3 months per project)
